you can use any vegetable you want
although beans are a must for every self respecting cowboy
fry the onion
pepper and sweet potato
chug em in there until softened but not brown
add green beans, baked beans, sweet corn, and liquor
tomato puree, barbeque spice for seasoning
bring to a boil and simmer
simmer
transfer the vegetables and shallots with the cheese
smoked cheese
cover the vegetable and cheese mixture
sweet potato

FIFTH METACARPAL

i use to run
use to run
use to run
let the grief
let the grief
let the grief
catch up to me
lips just flap in the wind
talking circles over and over again
trip me up, trip me out, trip my feet
i use to wander
away from me
agitators
agitators
agitators
lips won't trip feet
once you run, they will eventually
wind changes to a breeze
cool off, catch a breath, and then you'll see
done with running away
done with running away
done with running away
done done with running away
done with running away
